The meats used in our products are got from healthy animals slaughtered in our combine. These animals is carefully selected from the distinguished pastures and farms of the region considering their certificate of origin and the veterinary health reports. Both pre-slaughter and post-slaughter live inspection and examination of the carcass are made by the expert veterinarians.
After determining the conformance to specifications of the carcass meat is kept in the computer-controlled warehouses to classifying and shredding.
After resting for 24 hours of the carcass meats, shredding and classifying operations are performed according to the type of product (Pastrami, salami, sausage, soujouk, roast beef).
The Personnel in our establishment, taking safety precautions before starting production wear clean clothes, enter the production area after disinfecting by crossing the mandotary hygiene line which the personal hygiene rules and disinfection is provided.
